Startup specialist with 20 years of experience in diverse high technology companies, industry sectors and geographies. Paul has worked on over 20 startups as a founder and other C level roles. His experience includes IP licensing, corporate development, joint ventures creation and financing, with companies in Europe, US and Asia Pacific. He helped launch the NetPerceptions the pioneer of 1 to 1 marketing, a company that became NASDAQ listed in under three years. The company platform powered Amazon and over 300 of the leading global eCommerce companies.

Paul helped create the pioneer Secure Real Time Collaboration (CollabWorx - VoiP, CoiP, messaging, presence etc). CollabWorx now serves the DOD, fortune 1000 companies, government agencies and security agencies. It recently secured a contract with the FBI competing against 17 globally known competitors.

He has broad experience in Systems Engineering, Intelligent Building/Design/Engineering and Software development related to both Internet applications and Enterprise Systems; Control Systems Design and Installation, electrical systems design and installation for complex building services. Paul is an acting advisor and board member to several high technology startup companies operating in the San Francisco Bay Area. Paul holds an Engineering degree from University of South West England.
